Grammy Award-winning crooner Usher changing the release date of his forthcoming album, 'Raymond vs. Raymond,' from Dec. 21 to March 30 has led some to believe that the hold up is over the singer's current management situation. The New York Daily News reports Usher's label, Jive Records, is reluctant to release the album without a proper management firm in place. Unfortunately the 'You Got It Bad' singer gave his mom turned former manager, Jonetta Patton the pink slip for the second time late last year due to his alleged new girlfriend Grace Miguel , said a source.

Los Angeles prosecutors today plan to file a criminal case in the death of Michael Jackson that is expected to include a charge of involuntary manslaughter against the singer's doctor. The Los Angeles District Attorney's office said over the weekend that details of its case would be released today, and gave no further details. But sources close to the case said Dr. Conrad Murray, who has been under investigation for months, would be charged with the crime of unlawfully killing another person without malice or intent.

Murray rose from a Trinidad ghetto to become a successful cardiologist, living in a million-dollar home in a gated community of Las Vegas while also maintaining a practice in Houston's impoverished Acres Homes neighborhood, ...
