Michael Jackson's personal physician pleaded not guilty to involuntary manslaughter yesterday, setting the stage for a sensational celebrity courtroom drama as prosecutors attempt to prove Dr. Conrad Murray caused the pop star's death.
Some two hours after prosecutors filed the single felony count, the six-foot-five (1.98 metres) Murray arrived in court in a grey suit to enter his plea.
As he did, several members of Jackson's family looked on.

Grammy Award-winning crooner Usher changing the release date of his forthcoming album, 'Raymond vs. Raymond,' from Dec. 21 to March 30 has led some to believe that the hold up is over the singer's current management situation.
The New York Daily News reports Usher's label, Jive Records, is reluctant to release the album without a proper management firm in place.
Unfortunately the 'You Got It Bad' singer gave his mom turned former manager, Jonetta Patton the pink slip for the second time late last year due to his alleged new girlfriend Grace Miguel , said a source.

Los Angeles prosecutors today plan to file a criminal case in the death of Michael Jackson that is expected to include a charge of involuntary manslaughter against the singer's doctor.
The Los Angeles District Attorney's office said over the weekend that details of its case would be released today, and gave no further details.
But sources close to the case said Dr. Conrad Murray, who has been under investigation for months, would be charged with the crime of unlawfully killing another person without malice or intent.

Why in the world would the Grammy's not invite the Jackson family? Just makes no sense. I do feel it was totally appropriate for Michael's children to accept his award. It was truely heartwarming.
I have caught a few episodes of the Jackson's on A & E and have enjoyed it. Jermaine has been very transparent as far as his envy for Michael. I guess I should say "jealousy". When he made the remark one night that there wouldn't have been a Michael or Janet if it wasn't for the Jackson 5 ... I thought this guy is way off...does he really think their talents would not have come out? Geez...One other comment ... why is the other daughter Joe Jackson has never mentioned? Does anyone know why this is ignored by the media? I think the less we see of Joe Jackson the better...he certainly is not a family spokesperson..lol.

Something will never be able to explained.That was one of the biggest major downfall of the Grammy.. that give the rest of the family more reasons not wanting to signed for another episode, JFD. they're being dismisses as if they are non existent.
It was refreshing seeing Michael's children accepting his award, great move. I was getting tired seeing Jermaine on stage hounding Michael's spotlight.
I agreed with you on that one. I enjoyed watching the Jackson as a Family, I couldn't stomach watching Jermaine alone. The image Jermaine displayed did not do him any justice in my opinion, his entire demeanor leave nothing to be desire, I was getting sick of his constant antic...and yes jealousy was written all across the screen ( my opinion) his wife didn't help the matter either.
Joe Jackson illegitimate daughter Johvonnie is all over on you tube. She's complaining that her half brothers and sisters doesn't want to acknowledge he,personally, everyone knows the result that follows infidelity., more reason to keep that away out of the media. The family doesn't need anymore negative press. Joe is milking every second of media coverage he can get, (just my opinion) I'll put it to rest because every family deal differently with personal issues.

Never in this Lifetime, would any other Artist will replace Michael as the king of "Pop" Other than Mixing others music by rapping with Hip Hop, what have Usher, and Jay-Z contribute to the world...I just don't get it....

I think everyone understands what Brooke Shields said. During the memorial there was a feeling of waiting for Michael, that he should be there any minute. It was there to some extent at the burial, but of course we WERE waiting for Michael since he was late for his own funeral.
Still have it at every posthumous award or tribute, still waiting for Michael.

Michael started being labeled crazy when he began making business moves that no one had been successful at doing.Michael took two cultural icons and shattered them to pieces. All our lives, we've been bombarded with 2 facts. The Beatles were the greatest group of all time and Elvis was the King of Rock and Roll.
Michael bought the Beatles and married the King's daughter. (if that ain't literally sticking it to the man) If I wasn't a cynic, I'd say Michael did the Lisa Marie thing just to stick it to the people who consider Elvis the King.
The Beatles were great, but they weren't great enough to maintain publishing rights over their own songs.

I don't know why Sony is flipping out over the song, i say publish it from i heard of it man it is an awesome song and will sell right off the shelves. Still can not wrap my head around the fact that he is gone tho. He is ssssssoooooooo missed, wished he could come back.
