Michael Jackson's personal physician told investigators he was not the first doctor to give the pop star propofol, the powerful anesthetic that was one of the drugs to cause his death, according to court papers unsealed on Friday.
Dr. Conrad Murray, a target of the criminal probe into Jackson's death, recounted under questioning by a Los Angeles police detective that Jackson told him he was given propofol by two unnamed doctors in Germany, the affidavit states.

RihannaRated RMercury Rated R opens with a creepy Vincent Price soundalike warning listeners of a nervous disposition not to go further.
The nod is to Michael Jackson's "Thriller", which featured a voiceover from the real Price, but the advice isn't tongue-in-cheek.
Rihanna's violent assault at the hands of pop star boyfriend Chris Brown in February hangs over her fourth album like a dark cloud.

At a typical karaoke bar, the crowd is lost in chaotic conversation as a brave singer belt sout his favorite tune.
When the song is over, a smattering of applause gives way to more chaotic conversation, and the name of the next singer is announced by an emcee - who continually calls only his or her own friends - to the front.
A newcomer has virtually no chance of getting a moment in the spotlight, at least not without waiting in frustration for a couple of hours.

What this series of The X Factor reveals is that the talent gap between the stars and the wannabes is closing fast.
Sting and other dissidents of the show claim that it is merely prime-time karaoke for morons.
Last week's performance of You Are Not Alone by the massed ranks of The X Factor finalists proved exactly the opposite.

At what may be the height of her early career, teen sensation Taylor Swift finds herself facing the downside of stardom -- naysayers.

Back in early 1995 when Sheryl Crow won Grammy gold for her debut album, her bank account was hardly glistening.
The album, "Tuesday Night Music Club," had already sold about two million copies in the seven months before Crow walked off with honors for best new artist, record of the year and female pop vocalist.
But it was not until the following year that the rock singer/songwriter received her first royalty check, she recalled in a recent interview with Reuters.

"This is not a show," murmurs Michael Stipe at the start of Live at the Olympia and it's not quite misdirection.
R.E.M.'s five-night residency at Dublin's Olympia in the summer of 2007 functioned as working rehearsals for their fourteenth album Accelerate, with the band testing out each of the songs, exploring arrangements, finding breaking points, and pairing them with older songs that informed their back-to-basics move.
As rehearsal, it paid off splendidly — road-testing the material made it ...

I'm happy to hear that This Is It lives up to the hype. I tried to go the day it opened but couldn't make myself go inside, it was all too much. Probably shouldn't have tried to go alone. I might try again, this time with a companion so we can lean on each other when it gets tough.

I too watched the movie last night. I was so excited to see it. It was wonderful, and I"m planning on going to see it again next week. what makes me so sad about his death is that he was hurting so much emotionally and he had such a kind soul. He really needed people in his life that truly loved him. So sad, he will be missed. Now he's in a better place instead of this cruel world that tortured him.

Just got home from seeing THIS IS IT, Awesome movie the man was the best at what he did. I give it 1000 thumbs up, it was great to see all the work he would put into a concert.

Michael Jackson was innocent of the child molestations charges both in 1993 and in 2003. I have made a four month study of his life, reading everything on the internet, purchasing several books on Amazon.com, buying every magazine tribute available, watching the Opera interview of 1993, The Dateline show with the unethical rabbi, bought every video of MJ's performances, every music CD, and I have cried just about every day since June 25, 2009. Why? I ask myself, since I did not know him personally. The answer is this: His story is so filled with tragedy and unfairness it has made me sick, sad, and movitvated to read and find out more. I have just finished "Moonwalk" tonight and I highly recommend it. Very enlightening and personal. Michael was such a beautiful, gifted person and humanitarian. It is so tragic that he died at the hands of such an unethical doctor when he was just about ready to triumph in London. I feel so very sorry for his children, his mom, his sisters and brothers. I hope "This is It" does Michael justice, as far as a tribute goes. But, my favorite video will be "Live in Bucharest." That was the best show I've ever seen in my life. I just wish I could have been there in Romania at that time when Michael was alive and at his best.

Judith,
Your words are exactly what I feel in my heart for Michael. I too have always been a fan of his music. I remember the trial and how the media of all levels was mostly negative. I have always felt Michael was not guilty and that it was always about money. After reading "Michael Jackson Conspiracy" by Aphrodite Jones, I was so disgusted and sad of how much he had to endure. I will be seeing "This Is It" in a few days and I know I will not be disappointed. He was and will always will be the most gifted genius entertainer of all time. Sad to say that there are still "vultures" trying to make money from him and that will probably continue for years. I pray that his three beautiful children will not be exposed to some of the sick and negative opinions about their father but of the great musical gift he has given to the world.

Thanks, Donna, for taking your time to write to me. I have just seen "This is It" twice, once alone and once with a friend, and I want to go one more time by myself. There is an awful lot to it and seeing it more than once gave me a chance to understand more about Michael. When you think the movie is over and the credits come on the screen, don't get up and leave, he sings two songs, "This is It" and an older one plus right before the end you see his glittering socks and shoes from his famous 83 Motown show and then at the very end you see the dedication which is to his children. That's when I cried pretty hard. Another part that got to me was when he thanked his mom and dad and his brothers who were in the Jackson 5 group with him. I feel like I've changed somewhat since June 25th. I've learned a lot about Michael, his music, his business, his family, and how many people in this world feed off negativity, and negative journalism is a moneymaker to some journalists and they don't care who they hurt. Also, I believe some people around Michael, like employees, sold false stories to the media for personal profit. So, I haven't been a real happy camper of late with this stuff in my mind. I try to find the positive in Michael's death in trying to think, well at least he was happy at the end, living his dream, making his new concert the very best, ( I just read about IE company and their special effects) and getting the positive feedback from the ticket sales. All of those things should have made him feel happier than the last few years. But, when I come right down to it, his death at the hands of an idiot, I cry some more because it was the most tragic waste of a brilliant mind and loving father. I just pray that his children can find some happiness in their young lives, poor dears. Thanks again for responding to me.

Thank you for responding to me too Judith. As time goes on I have a feeling that many more people in this world are going to change their negative opinions of Michael. I just wish people would not be so quick to judge others before knowing the real story. One thing for sure is that I always believed in him especially during the trial. He was a great and kind man. Well Judith at least he left this world with a great legacy that will live on and on. It is still so hard to believe his death. Thanks for listening!

Hi Donna,
Thanks for your second response. I started to read "The MJ Conspiracy" today. I ordered it and have had it for a month, but today I started to read it and it is very detailed. I can just imagine MJ's reaction to the whole thing; it made him ill and I think that's probably why he looks so thin in his latest movie. I could be wrong, but that's my speculation. Thanks for your observations. I agree wholeheartedly with you.

Ni i have no idea on how to vote, but if you find out let me know, i will vote a 1000x's for him he was the best. Another note i think people need to go buy the book "The Michael Jackson Tapes" and read it, then maybe they will start to understand just exactly what that man went through his whole life and the lies that people spread about him just for the sake of money. It was really sad.

First, Thank You, JaNiece and Caroline for supporting my comments on G.Mann (AND ALL OTHERS LIKE HIM). I truly believe every word I wrote. Now, on to new things; does anyone know how to VOTE for Michael's nominations by the American Music Awards. The article states votes can be cast on-line but doesn't explain the procedure for voting. I believe he should win in ALL categories for which he was nominated!!! Everyone seems to be doing a tribute to Michael, so, lets do one too. Michael Jackson supporters have the opportunity to participate in OUR public tribute by VOTING for Michael in all five categories. Let's show his children and all those who STILL doubt his innocence our overwhelming support and love for the man who GAVE SO MUCH! Please reply.

Thank you Melanie. I can't believe how much I still hurt and how often I cry. We will never know how much more he could have acomplished towards his goal of Healing the World and Our Children. He was so sensitive to the pain. I guess when you have been around the world as many times as he had, and witnessed the suffering first hand it is an emotional education (combined with his own childhood). He was extremely intelligent. I am surprised how his death effected me, as, I really didn't know much about him until researching everything I could find after his passing and forming MY OWN decisions about him. I worked in law enforcement for 20 yrs, and there is no way I believe Michael Jackson was guilty of any wrong doing of the charges that were suggested against him. Anyway, Thanks Again! And, Thanks for listening, I needed to talk today.

We DO live in a sad world, made sadder because Michael isn't in it any more. Some of the light left with him.
To G. Mann and others who keep dissin' him: You believe what you choose and I'll believe what I know.
If you haven't already, check out LL Cool J's "Billie Jean Dream".

Just to make myself clear; I believe Michael Jackson to be a true humanitarian....the PROTECTOR of children, and a voice for those who could not speak. G. Mann and all others that do not believe that Michael Jackson contributed an enormous amount of love and money to help this world ~ MY QUESTION IS WHY DO YOU WASTE YOU TIME VISITING THIS SITE, You will not influence the millions that believed in his pure spirit. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE and spread you hate and distrust where Michael Jackson is concerned!!!! AND, take a look at yourself ~ What contribution have YOU made?
