A collection of Michael Jackson memorabilia, including the now iconic rhinestone-studded glove he wore when he performed his first moonwalk dance in 1983, is being sold at auction.
The glove and other Jackson items are part of a music memorabilia auction being held by Julien's Auctions at the Hard Rock Cafe in New York's Times Square on Saturday.
Jackson wore the left-handed glove, which accompanied his fedora, when he unveiled what was to become his trademark dance on Motown's 25th-anniversary TV special.

At what may be the height of her early career, teen sensation Taylor Swift finds herself facing the downside of stardom -- naysayers.
The 19-year-old pop/country singer-songwriter heads in to Sunday's American Music Awards with a leading six nominations after a dream year of sold out concerts and the best-selling album in the United States.

I have never used Auto-Tune in a live television performance, and I have never used Auto-Tune in any of my concerts. That is a promise -Britney Spears

When I first saw David Cook on the seventh season of American Idol — a show he'd wind up winning over Muppet Boy David Archuleta — I thought he looked like a weary door-to-door salesman pushing Hoovers in Boise.
I also thought Cook had supremely bad hair, like a reverse mullet or, for that matter, a "skullet."
Let me tell you: I've never been more wrong about a contestant.

T he weekend beckons with TV bounties this time of year.
Dramas and comedies are in first-run episodes, documentaries and news programs are in abundance and sports fans have their choice of hockey, basketball and football – either NFL or CFL.
I prefer the CFL – the East and West conference finals air this Saturday and Sunday – mostly because it's so much fun watching players who came here from southern U.S. colleges shiver on the sidelines, while fans sit shirtless in the stands.

George Pennacchio has a preview of what viewers can expect to see at the 37th annual American Music Awards on Sunday.
Many of the biggest names in the music business will be at the Nokia Theatre, some performing or accepting awards.
The late Michael Jackson is nominated for five American Music Awards , thanks to a decision allowing his chart-topping greatest hits collection, "Number Ones," eligible in this year's voting.
Not only do I like her music, but I think she really embodies the spirit of rock n' roll. Even though she's a dance-pop artist, she's the spirit of rock n' roll and she's a rebel and she's a non-conformist and she takes risks and she's got that raw, fiery energy. So I am looking forward to that -Adam Lambert

RihannaRated RMercury Rated R opens with a creepy Vincent Price soundalike warning listeners of a nervous disposition not to go further.
The nod is to Michael Jackson's "Thriller", which featured a voiceover from the real Price, but the advice isn't tongue-in-cheek.
Rihanna's violent assault at the hands of pop star boyfriend Chris Brown in February hangs over her fourth album like a dark cloud.

Didn't they say Michael had pills in his stomach along with the Propofol? Now I see that NO OTHER DRUGS were in his system. So the doctor made up that stuff about giving him this pill at this time and then another pill at another time, and so on. So what did he do, keep giving Michael doses of Porpofol, after all he died from a LETHAL amount didn't he? I think charges will be brought based on this autopsy report, and they should be.

I did. I got this info from one of the above articles (not sure which one). Actually I read a few different ones, one says he had some pills in his system, while another says there were no signs of any. Not sure which is correct.

This makes me sick. There is so many wrong on so may level with the Jackson family. Where do they get off trying to manipulate the Court into getting everything? Filing this and filing that. Personally, I am beginning to wonder how much involved is Katherine's attorney, McMillian has in all this too. Lets face it, the Jackson's family hasn't been involved in Michael's life for a bit. They seemed to think they know Michael better when in reality it is nothing more than speculations on their part. If they are so concerned about keeping his legacy up then why aren't they validating what Michael had said about his father, his loneliness, his drug addictions and the pain he lived with due to his own father? Why didn't Katherine stick up for him when Michael was being physically abused by his own father? She could have done something about it -- like child protective service? If they loved him so much why didn't they give him tough love on his drug addiction? Couldn't they have told Michael that if he didn't clean up his act they would file for custody of his children? Why didn't they go to Court for that?! Obviously, they did not and why do you think that is? Perhaps fear of losing Michael's monetary support? Yeah, I think that is. It makes me sick to my stomach. They couldn't do that to save Michael but they could go and file a petition to remove John Branca just so they have EVERYTHING. You know... the EVERYTHING that Michael didn't want them to have in the first place. Wow, great way to honor your son's last wishes... seriously. You know the saying, "Money talks BS walks." It makes me sick that LaToya goes around the circuit to try and claim what fame (if at all) she had. What irks me more is her constantly using Paris in her interviews, "Paris said that, Paris said this, Paris told me..." Really? You need to use your niece's name to get attention? Lets not forget about Jermaine going around singing "Smile" because it was one MJ's favorite song. It's beginning to lose it meaning and oh, by the way MJ sang it better. Like I have stated before, this family has so many wrong on so may levels. I really feel bad for MJ's children and John Branca. Why? The children didn't ask to lose their father and Branca didn't ask for the position he is in now. With the Jackson getting involved where they have absolutely no business in... everyone is going to lose out... BIG TIME! In all honesty, the Jackson's isn't preserving MJ's legacy but making a mockery of out if and showing their true color. It is all about the money, it always has been. they didn't really care for Michael when he was alive but now he is gone, they are trying everything in their power to take everything that MJ earned just so life would be good for them. Thank goodness the Court assigned the children their own attorney to look after them. Poor Branca for being stuck in all this when all he ever done was to look out for MJ and made sure that MJ got the best deal possible. MJ wouldn't have all this if it wasn't for Branca's dealing on MJ's behalf. The biggest joke is the fact that the Jacksons tries to blame everyone for how MJ came to be when in fact everything that MJ is stemmed from the roots of his upbringing. Think about that for a moment. If blames were to be made - it would definitely start from childhood. So who is kidding who? If MJ was brought up in an loving and supportive home, a home where no abuse occurred, MJ wouldn't be dead. Denial and taking everything that you don't deserve is sweet... isn't it?
To MJ, wherever you are I am so sorry you had to endure so much pain and sorrow when you were alive. I pray that your tortured soul is finally at peace, I pray that loneliness you once felt is now surrounded with lots of love and happiness and that you are where you want to be (perhaps, happily playing hide n seek and having water ballon fights.) Miss you dearly.

Looks like someone is in DEEP dodo. The Associated Press says that the coroner's autopsy report says that Michael was in good health. He was 5'9" and weighed in at 136. Look out Dr.

Does anyone else feel La Toya Jackson should just keep her mouth shut? She seems to be very needy of attention. In the past she has made statements to the press that only fueled speculation during the child abuse allegations and in her books against Michael. Now, she is in the press everywhere.....She enjoys being in the spotlight ~ getting her fifteen minutes of fame....I feel a little guilty writing this ~ I no it isn't right to feel this way ~ but, I do everytime I see her on TV, or read an article where she is dicussing Michael. Does she have an identity outside being Michael's sister? Oh, am I bad? Sorry Michael!

Poor Paris, but you know i agree with LaToya,i think he was murdered and the Dr. was bought to do it. It maybe the music catalog because it is worth billion, but guess they did not stop to think that what he had would go to his family or kids. They need to start looking at that Prince he stayed with over seas too.
